Abstract submission

Each participant may submit as the communicating author a maximum of one extended abstract. The meeting's official language will be Portuguese, Spanish and English.

The presentation of oral or posters can be done in any of the official languages, but we highly recommended that the PowerPoint and posters are written in English
Extended abstracts should be submitted via the SPQ registration site. Please, log in using the login and the password provided during the registration process and then proceed with "extended abstract submission".
In order to be published the extended abstract must have three A4 pages, including figures, tables and references. Please make sure your extended abstract does not contain any spelling or grammar mistakes. Accepted extended abstracts from presented papers will be published in the Book of Proceedings with ISBN number.
Authors are asked to choose between oral and poster, but the final decision will be made by the scientific committee upon evaluation of the submitted extended abstracts.

The extended abstract file should be saved as follows:
Oral: name_surname_oral.doc (or docx)
Poster: name_surname_poster.doc (or docx)

Considerations for the poster preparation (soon).
